Intelligence is a coordination system.

Coordination Systems is an AI research lab. We work on the Agentic Internet: the layer where people, models, programs and memories act on each other's behalf. If intelligence is a coordination system, the wiring between the parts is where the work is.

Three programs. Cultural intelligence asks how a group decides what to keep. Compositional intelligence asks how specialists combine into something none of them holds alone. Open epistemic intelligence asks how experience compounds across a network while staying on the machines that produced it. They are one question at three scales.

The work ships as three layers of software. gOS is the computer you own. AGInetwork is the runtime those computers coordinate on. Geranium searches for arrangements that work and keeps the ones that do. There is no central model anywhere in it, and no canonical memory. Which layer compounds fastest is still open.
